Our first stop at the Magic Kingdom was the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. This is where little girls can get their hair and makeup done and even dress like their favorite princess. Payton chose Ariel, well sort of - she originally chose a beautiful red Belle dress. However, one on it was too "itchy" and immediately came off. That's my girl.......thankfully the Ariel costume was sleeveless, actually perfect for the warm Orlando day. She had so much fun and wore the costume the majority of the day - until she changed into her Tink bathing suit to ride slash mountain! The only thing she didn't like was the birthday sash. The funniest thing about the big weekend was the fact that our little girl didn't like the extra attention. She didn't want the sash, or the various birthday buttons. She just wanted to be like all the other kids at the park.
