Helping
A sweet moment. They were helping with dinner. I had to run and get my camera to quickly capture it. So I can remind myself in the midst of all the bickering that there are those times that they do in fact get along and actually act like they enjoy each other.

Dirt
Yup, dirt. We had some delivered today. Supposedly it's the thing to do here to help your grass grow. Mike took Y to Home Depot and got his very own shovel - "just like Daddys". Being just like Daddy is very important to this 3 year old little boy.
Wyatt is ready to help!
Can you see that smile?
Getting started!
King of the mountain!
Eventually he just sat down and started playing in the dirt - as all boys love to do!
Well if it doesn't make our grass grow at least it gives Prince a comfortable place to lay!
Taking a ride!
There is still LOTS of work ahead of us this week but it seems at least one member of the family likes "working" in the dirt!

Carpenters Park
Today we visited a local park. It was beautiful weather. The big storm from yesterday left some great water to play in and explore. The kids fed ducks, Payton found frogs eggs (surprisingly she didn't ask to take them home!) all while getting wet. We will definately be back.

Easter Traditions
Cookie decorating and egg coloring are always a part of Easter in our house. This year it was Wyatt who created the biggest messes that made for the best pictures!

Camping
In my absence from blogging it seems things have changed, as far as posting pictures that is.So as I figure things out again my photos might be a little jumbled and out of order. And my postings might be off as well....bear with me! At least I am posting right? So....camping. I was anxious to actually do a family camping trip. Considering this would be my first time and I am not exactly an "outside" type of gal. And Payton is her mothers daughter! But everyone was excited and it was only one night right? Turns out camping is fun! Who knew? It was a great first time. Things will be done a little differently next time, maybe a rented camper. Enjoy the pictures!
37
I figured I would resume my blog after my long absence (I have no excuse!) with a birthday post. My birthday. My 37th (gasp!) birthday. I don't know how I could be 37, it's crazy. It was a fun and happy day spent with my family and a little pampering time sprinkled in. I got to have a manicure and pedicure (such a treat!) and came home to a cake and presents. Did you notice the tiara? Thank you Payton - every girl should be a princess on her special day! It ended with a nice dinner on the beach. I am truly blessed and so thankful.
